Cancellation and Refund Terms
The Cancellation and Refund Policy page has been prepared to inform our customers about the cancellation, refund, exchange, and remanufacturing processes for orders placed through www.bugoduft.com .
Since most products manufactured by Bugo Duft are custom-made for the customer, the Cancellation and Return Policy may differ from that of standard e-commerce products. It is recommended that you carefully review the Cancellation and Return Policy before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Under the Cancellation and Refund Policy, customers can request cancellation for orders that have not yet begun production.
However, order cancellation may not be possible if the following actions have been taken:
• Completion of the design work
• Production planning
• The printing process begins
• Putting the products into production
• Preparing materials specifically for the order
Transactions can be made taking into account the costs incurred in these situations.
Personalized Products
Under the Cancellation and Return Conditions, the following products are considered personalized items:
• Car air fresheners with company logo
• Personalized car air fresheners
• Products with QR codes
• Printed cardboard cups
• Corporate promotional products
• Custom-designed advertising products
• Products created using customer information
These products are custom-made to customer specifications and are therefore not suitable for resale.
Therefore, cancellation or return requests may not be accepted for custom orders that have already been put into production.
Design Approval
According to the Cancellation and Refund Terms, the design approval given by the customer is considered the final approval.
Bugo Duft cannot be held responsible for customer-related typos, phone number errors, or content in orders that have been put into production after design approvals have been given via WhatsApp, email, or written notice.
Manufacturing Defect
Under the Cancellation and Refund Conditions, the following situations may be considered as manufacturing defects:
• Manufacturing differently from the approved design
• Wrong product sent
• Printing error
• Insufficient production
• Incorrect product dimensions
If the manufacturing defect is determined to be company-related, remanufacturing, replacement, or a suitable solution may be provided.
Damaged Products
For products damaged during delivery, customers;
• Taking photos of the damage
• Notifying the shipping company
• Creating a damage assessment report
• Contacting Bugo Duft
is required.
International Shipments
Under the Cancellation and Refund Terms, any customs duties, import taxes, official fees, and local processing charges that may arise for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays caused by customs procedures do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Refund
If a refund is ordered under the Cancellation and Refund Terms, the payment will be processed via the payment method used.
Bank and payment institution processing times are outside of the company's control and may affect the repayment period.
